I don't have a problem with the product as I do wonder if it has had some possitive effect - one month in, but when I ordered, I carefully scrutinised all the information and terms to ensure this was not a subscription set up. It was clear there were subsciptions available but I could see nothing that said my one order was a monthly subscription. When I had notification of a second delivery, there was no chance to delay or stop this and according to their T&Cs no way to return the items. I now have 9 pots to get through which will take 9 months. Why would I want to receive 3 pots a month? Whilst they seem a descent company on their website and reviews I feel like I have been mislead and sucked in and having finally worked out how to cancel this subscription, have finally done so. If you are happy to for a subscription setup then fine - there website does allow you to edit this.

We want to clarify that the subscription option is presented clearly at checkout, directly above the "Add to Cart" button, with the wording: "Save 20% with automatic refills. Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime." This appears in the same font and checkout area as the rest of the purchase details. That said, we hear your feedback that this was not clear enough for you in this instance and we take that seriously — we will pass this on internally as we always want the checkout experience to be as transparent as possible for every customer. We are glad you have now been able to cancel through the "Manage Subscription" tab on our website, and we can confirm no further orders will be shipped or charged going forward. Regarding the 9 pots already received, please do reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we will see what we can do to help, whether that is spacing things out or looking at other options for you.
