I haven't started the capsules yet but the customer service was excellent! It was so good I thought it was a scam when I received I message as soon as I'd ordered them! It was genuine and so good so far!

I haven't even received my products…
I haven't even received my products yet, due to incorrect delivery address, but I have been amazed at the high level of service this company has given in supporting me to get my products delivered to the right address. They have replied quickly to emails/messages,explained clearly and showed kindness with their replies, they put my mind at ease, and restored my confidence in ordering from Fineroots Organics, by resending my order. I cannot fault their online service. 10/10
