So very disappointed. Signed up for subscription for $9/month for 4 months. Was charged $9 the first month but was not able to get the prescription filled in my area and asked for something different several times. Still haven't received a prescription for any medicine available in my area and was charged $149 for my second month. So far that is $158 for NOTHING. Have asked about the refund several times but no answer. Update……billing issue resolved and compound finally arrived. Will update with any success.

No medication, canceled subscription. Still took my money. Emailed them, they said to cancel again but still won't return my money.

I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service at Sunrise. I've had a few issues and every time I've contacted customer service, the person answering my questions has been fast to respond and extremely helpful. Even when my issue had to be escalated, the original customer service person kept me up to date with what was going on. I can send an email asking a question and get an answer back within the hour. And every one has been not only helpful but very nice too.
