I Absolutely love this company they have really changed my life in a big way an for that I'm forever grateful I've lost 61 pounds so far on my waygovy journey I love how everything is on-line an my medication is always ontime I highly recommend Sunrise to anyone trying to lose weight and get there life back thanks Sunrise for everything an for getting me my life back an my health definitely 5 stars from me

I signed up in September 2023 and was…
I signed up in September 2023 and was "prescribed" medication but my pharmacy never received anything. I spent 4 weeks trying to get this figured out. I sent a cancelation request of September 28th 2023 and was told it was being processed. However, I've been charged for October and November $149! There's no call center or direct link to speak to anyone about this. I want my refund asap.

I wanted to try this product out
I wanted to try this product out, I heard amazing things about this! Well I paid the $9 and never was able to get this prescription filled and I just looked at my account and they have taken out $148. For a product I never received. I cannot find someone to talk to and I am very dry.

Took out $99 without my authorizating…
Took out $99 without my authorizating it continue to try and take $99 and $149 multiple times. I always denied it. Never received anything from this company. I want a refund of the $99 and $9 you took out of my account. I never received anything so why should you keep my money. I’ve filed a report. Because you shouldn’t be able to take money from someone your not sending product to.
