Initial contact was quick and the consult with the doctor. Received my prior authorization from the provider 5 days ago and I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer support on where my prescription was sent. No replies at all. The customer chat does not work and there isn’t a phone number to call. The provider I spoke with stated she couldn’t help me with anything besides an illness or medicine. Which sounds bogus to me. They’ve already taken my money for the monthly subscription. EDIT: after posting here and the BBB, I received a message from the “CEO”. He stated there was a high turnover in the customer support staff, so that is why I didn’t get prompt responses. After I responded with what I needed, my prescription was sent to the correct pharmacy. Hopefully this is a one time thing and when my refill comes available, I don’t have the same issues. Another edit 7/2/24: I was issued my refill for my 2nd round of Wegovy. My pharmacy doesn’t have it in stock and I’ve emailed Sunrise 3 separate times within the last 3 days to see what I could do. Whether it was choose another pharmacy or a different medication. I have yet to hear back from anyone. They’ve already taken my $149 monthly fee out for the month. I would choose a different more reputable company if you’re looking to use GLP1 medication. I’m hoping to either get my prescription or my money back.
