Elevator was broken
I THOUGHT THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE UNTIL MY HUSBAND ARRIVED TO MOVE IN OUR THINGS FROM A 3 BDRM CONDO TO A 2ND FLOOR STORAGE UNIT..... TO FIND THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF THIS WHEN WE RENTED THE UNIT IN FACT WHEN WE WENT TO GO LOOK AT THE UNIT WE TOOK THE STAIRS BECAUSE SHE STATED THAT IT WAS JUST 'EASIER'.... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE MOVING MY THINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.... VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very pleased! Happy that I was able to get into a storage right away! People are curtious/friendly and my move was made easier by being allowed to use equipment they had there! Very happy all around!

Convenient, cost effective
I recently split up with my fiance and want nothing to do with him or the items he left in my house. Because I am so not cold hearted, I took the liberty of finding a very small affordable storage unit that I will put his stuff in until he picks it up. They were very kind and assisted me in finding something small and affordable just to get the items in. Very happy with the customer service provided.
