I was looking for storage units with loading docks. They didn't help me find one in town, but found one kinda close. I think it was the very best they could have possibly done. They gave me a few other options but nothing worked. -Taylor

These guys are great! I highly recommend using this service. They asked several questions to understand my needs and found the best price available for what I needed. They made the reservation fort he unit and upon arrival everything was ready for me to sign and take the unit.

Find Storage Fast hooked me up with what is probably the least expensive storage facility in Southern California. FSF's description, sizes available, prices, and policies of the storage facility were right-on. The property checked out excellent, including for security. There was zero hassle when I presented my online reservation with the locked-in price at the office.

Find Storage Fast helped us find the storage we needed in less than 10 minutes, tried looking at other places but we were just getting ripped off. As a college student I'm glad we found a service where we could compare prices and location in one spot.

I'm not sure but I think your company with the rep. who reserved the unit with the wrong price so I shot him an email back and said since he messed it up in the beginning would not use you.

Hi Rose - sorry about confusion over the price of the unit. We work hard to keep our rates accurate and incorrect pricing information on our site is rare. We will followup with the facility to find out what went wrong. If you would like help finding another unit, please let us know as we would be happy to help!

Never having rented a storage unit I didn't know where to start and what it all entails. After doing a quick search online I was presented with this forum. Calling in I was connected with a great customer service representative that was patient with all my questions having been new to the experience. Definitely go through this service again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are Inconsistent!!!! They get you in the door with these great deals then you get there and its a different story. I don't like my time to be wasted. There needs to be FULL DISCLOSURE upfront. This way we are all on the same page. I'm Still trying to get my issue resolved.
