It's a company whose product stops working, then promises to send a replacement, then goes mute, intermittently answering just often enough to keep you from doing anything about it, then finally stops answering. I purchased an Orbit Velo and the product itself worked fine (until it no longer did). I have now been using a KNOG Scout Bike Locator and am happy to have made the switch.

The first orbit I received was faulty. The battery kept saying low even when I replaced it with two different types. It constantly beeps to remind me of this. The replacement one has the exact same problem from DAY ONE. The app crashed so many times, I was better off looking for my things manually. Don’t waste your time or money on this device. It is the most inconvenient, expensive glorified key chain you could buy.

Very poor product. Hard to operate in every way, Hard to press the buttons. Fails constantly and you can stand right next to the iphone yuo're looking for and it still doesn't work. Then it goes off line and you can't get it to do anything.
