OrbitReviews of findorbit.com

Scam. Fraud. I ordered the OrbitFindit glasses tracker, opened the box but did not remove it from the card it was attached to. I decided to return it, unused. I sent a letter within the 30-day return window, but they did not respond. I resent it. Again no response. The phone number listed is in Louisiana and immediately hangs up. I'm out $44+.

This company is a rip off scam. I ordered over 30 days ago and still nothing with no reply’s or anyway to contact customer service other then email and nothing. I’m going to report fraud through my credit card and report them. This pisses me off. How can companies go around and rip off hard earned $$ and still have a running website and nothing done about it.

I ordered this for my child who cannot for the life of him keep track of his glasses. It never arrived. I’ve messaged customer service and no response. This is a scam. Stay away unless you have endless cash to throw away.

I have two trackers from this company and while they were very slow to ship, they shipped and work well. Unfortunately recently I tried to purchase another and despite several weeks and several emails I was still without a product and without a response. Ultimately I had to chargeback with my visa and even then I still never heard from them...the order still is listed as pending. At this point is seems like ordering from them is likely just sending off money on the wind.

I ordered the glasses tracker on March 30th and after 25 days the status still says, “Confirmed, We're preparing these items for shipping.” I have not received my tracker and am still left in the dark by orbit with no update. Personally I would avoid buying from this company and consider literally any alternative. An update from 06/03/2026. I sent an email in May asking about the status and got a reply after a week. They said they were getting a shipment “any day” and would send my order within the week. It’s been another 4 weeks and still no product. Refunding is the only choice at this point.

I placed an order in January. The order never shipped and I was never given any updates on the status. It then took me until April to get fully refunded for my order. Customer service was incredibly slow (at times going weeks before getting a response), order updates never took place - it seems more like a scam than a real company.

I requested a return for a nonfunctional item that wouldn't pair to the Find My feature on iPad, despite being advertised as a compatible device. I followed up multiple times over several weeks. The company responded sporadically (asking questions like if I could try an iPhone and whether the item was in original packaging), but never provided return instructions and then stopped responding entirely. Because they didn't comply with their posted return policy and repeatedly ignored my return requests, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer, which ruled in my favor. Disappointing experience and poor follow-through on returns.

DO NOT BUY their products. Terrible customer service. I bought a glasses finder. It worked fine for 9 months, then it would not recharge. I exchanged approx 10 emails with the company including about how to reset it. My last email from them they would send a replacement.(Dec 2025) BUT it never arrived and now they do not answer my emails. Dreadful company, atrocious service.
