I Bought glasses tracker as Christmas present, it never worked. Customer service is refusing to send the return label Stay away from this company

Absolutely nothing worked (would not connect to bluetooth) upon first opening package. No customer support. A scam! Avoid. SAMs should be ashamed of selling crap that doesn't work out-of-the-box, but SAMs doesn't care.

My Orbit Key and phone stopped connecting despite being right next to each other. It’s happened before but this had now lasted for 2 days. I raised a customer care ticket and got an immediate response asking what model I have. I was impressed and replied instantly. 9 hours went by with no further contact. 24 hours went by and still no response. Nothing heard from them again. As others have said, it’s a great product when it works but it’s actually worse than useless when it doesn’t. You believe you can rely on it so you adapt your behaviour, only to discover you can’t. And then, to make it worse, you find out you can’t rely on customer service either.

The worst Customer Service, I’ve ever experienced. I had two of the trackers that were not functional at all, and I could not get anybody to help me or replace them. They work great when they work and they work terrible when they don’t. Overall, I would give this company a one. With all the money I’ve spent on these trackers I can just replace a pair of loss glasses.

Company customer service and support is minimal and takes persistent emails and phone. I would not recommend this company or it"s products.

Ordered these twice I still never got them don’t understand unless they’re just a scam. Ordered one a few months ago never came. I ordered another one couple weeks ago and haven’t received anything.

I have profit 70k usd but I can't cash out the costumer service telling me that I have to pay 10% fee before I can withdraw. If those 70k usd was real why I cannot use the to pay the 10% fee then???Don't trust that scam platform!!! Stay away. If you even pay the fee from your own bank they will just block you.
