Paid for the Will, Living Trust, etc. Package through AARP's site recommendation and instant referral. Logged in, completed will portion. Site would not let me print and download the will. Website stated need to purchase package again. Contacted customer support the same day. A week later, have received no response. Canceling package and notifying AARP of poor service.

Hello, Any of your completed, purchased forms can be downloaded from your account dashboard by selecting the “Download” icon and choosing which form to download if you purchased an estate planning package with multiple forms. Incomplete forms will display a “!” warning icon over the download button to let you know one or more mandatory questions are missing answers. Those questions will need to be answered before you can download your form. I've reached out to you directly with more information.
