This company, faresme.com is a scam. Took my money, never issued my ticket or purchased from United on my behalf, and lied to me repeatedly on the phone when I called customer service.

Kookoo Ross was very helpful and patient. My only complaint was that I requested the itinerary with a price of 607.88.but in the end it cost Me $1,050. I think it was unfair to advertise the flight for $607.88 and then charge me $1,050.Ross told me that to cancel my request would cost me $100.00, so I went with $1,050.00. .
Response from FindflightcostMay 8, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that Ross was helpful and patient throughout the booking process. However, we sincerely understand your frustration regarding the fare difference. We apologize for the confusion surrounding the advertised price versus the final ticket cost. Airline fares can change quickly due to availability and booking conditions, however, we understand how disappointing it is when the final amount is significantly higher than expected. We also regret any frustration caused by the cancellation policy explanation. Your comments are important to us, and we will share this feedback with our team to help improve transparency during the booking process. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
