My aunt booked a ticket weeks ago to…

My aunt booked a ticket weeks ago to attend a family event and FindFlight was a nightmare. They promise to deliver the tickets to her inbox 48 hours prior to her flight. She called to remind them, but still did not receive the tickets until 8:45 p.m. last night for a flight TODAY-- despite the numerous times that they had told her that they booked her flight on a different day. They repeatedly pressured her, never gave straight answers about their error. They used the worst kind of cable company tactics to delay and deny. And then, when she was okay with rescheduling for $75 (for their mistake), Alex canceled her rescheduled flight without her consent for a $150 fee. (Again, for their shady mistake, not hers.) When she was exhausted and upset, they got her to agree, even though every step of the way, she asked for specifics yet they did not give her accurate or reliable information about anything. We are very lucky that she kept detailed notes in case we need to escalate further if they don't return her money. Do not trust any of the positive reviews. They will mislead you and take your money. Use a reputable source to find tickets. FindFlight / Find Flight / FindFlightCosts is not BBB certified and it is not trustworthy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about the stress and frustration your aunt experienced regarding her booking and the confusion surrounding her flight details. We understand how important timely communication and accurate information are, especially when traveling for a family event. What you described is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the delays, conflicting information, and the distress surrounding the rescheduling and cancellation process. We also appreciate that your aunt kept detailed notes and remained patient throughout a very difficult situation. Your feedback has been shared with our management team so the interactions and handling of this case can be carefully reviewed internally. Our intention is never to pressure or mislead any customer, and we are sorry that this experience left that impression. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter further and work toward a fair resolution for your aunt. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with the booking reference number so our escalation team can personally review the case and assist further. Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience and appreciate your honest feedback. – FindFlight Customer Support
