Hello, I was a little skeptical because I did not receive my ticket right away and only received it a few days before my trip. I was asked what I liked most about my experience, in a word, Ross. When I had problems with my reservation, I called another company, Findflightcost and spoke with the manager/supervisor Ross. Not only did he solve my problem, but he also secured my reservation at a better price and made me a very satisfied client. He was intelligent, helpful, understanding and most of all, a gentleman. Difficult to find these days and very much appreciated. His customer service was impeccable. I am a senior and not great on the computer. I was thankful that he was patient. Couldn't ask for more in a company. I would highly recommend them.
