We worked with them last 2019 to help us with our financial situation since then we had 3 different agents, our first agent is Zyra Valdez she is okay when following up, we were able to get a call or emailed from her and if we got any notice or stuff she will asked us to emailed it to her or text it. After a year we did not hear from anyone so I called and they told me I have a new agent, but never called me or introduce himself until I called. Anyways fast forward to now 6 years, as of Today I received a notice that they did not pay my debt and now the company is suing us. We paid for 5 years in Success link and graduated as per employee I called earlier today but forwarded me again to a number that never ANSWER AND FULL OF VOICEMAIL SO NOBODY CAN CALL ME BACK! I will not recommend this company! I will still call this company because they owed us an EXPLANATION!

I am very disappointed how this company handled my account. We will absolutely not recommending the company at all. Worst experience I ever had.

be extra careful before getting involved with them. Make sure you really understand what you will be getting into as these people prey on their own countrymen and claim that you will be debt-free "with their help". Your credit score and reputation will take all the hits. Not to mention the non-stop harassment from collectors and summons. All the stress is yours. In my case, their estimate was way off. For some reason, I ended up with SL-Processing as my negotiator and coordinator just right after I signed up. At one point, they even changed my account rep to some people that are based in South America who can't even communicate in straight English. After several complaints and emails, they sent back my account to sl-processing with Filipino-speaking reps. A little bit of improvement compare to the previous reps but still a pain. I won't even go into the details of how hard to reach out to them. It takes months to get a reponse to emails, phones, or text messages. Fast forward to 4yrs, after paying my monthly payments without any delay, we ended up settling only half of the total amount in their estimate. That's only half of my debt which I literally ended up paying at the same original amount. As of right now, they want me to either pay more money (which they call program extension) or I'm on my own paying the other half that they did not negotiate at all. What does this bring to me? So obviously, the whole program didn't help any of my problems at all and just made things worst. I paid the same amount, with my credit score and reputation broken, and I still have another half I need to pay. To make it clear, they were able to negotiate my debt less than the original amount. Why do I say I paid the same amount? Because if I compare my: total payments for 4yrs VS the amount they settled + their monthly fees VS original debt amount they are all almost the same. So in short, they didn't help me at all and only ruined my credit score. They advertise to their fellow countrymen that they will help you to be debt-free, but at the end of the day, they're just taking advantage of those that are desperate and do not understand. They're just another business trying to make money from your hardship.

Financial Rescue LLC, does not fulfill it's promise. They were very good in convincing you to sign up to their program knowing that you as a client is way drowning over your debt. Once signed up, it's hard to contact them, they will keep on giving and changing your client support and account managers, they do not respond until you file a complaint in BBB, they do not take care of your documents more so court documents so you'll have judgement because they did not do what they're supposed to do, then they will want you to extend payment to them, In doing this, you'll have more problems, more stress, and more money wasted. They will only be nice to you on your first few months, say 6 months, but after that you can't reach them, they do not negotiate your account, they do not care, you can't even contact the CEO more so the customer supports. I have a very horrible experience, until now, they have not resolved any of my issues. They continue to pull up money from my account, without being late, even in the midst of pandemic, but ask them where the money went, no reply. Their commercial and contracts is very much misleading. Now they want me to pay the accounts that they will negotiate after their services had been paid. They paid themselves first before fulfilling the contract with me, i.e., pay my creditors and negotiate. They want additional extension on top of the 10 months extension that I already signed up ( initially 36 months), where will that put me? This company is not trust worthy, you'll end up way deeper in your debt.

Not satisfied to your service, always extend my program that supposed to be only for 30 months .. I'm 4 years already and still I have 2 accounts that's not been resolved.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES I'VE MADE IN MY LIFE!!!! They claimed to pay my creditors with a 30 month installment plan which I thought was fair. But after we fulfilled our end of the agreement they extended my installments to an additional 6 months because they claimed our agreement was subject to change due to "estimations" and nothing was finalized. When I thought my nightmare was over after another 6 months of installments they said they needed another 12 MONTHS of additional payments. What was initially a 30 month deal became a painful 4 year ordeal with this company. As I write this review I still have 11 more months to escape this horrible program. I did not do my research and this is the result. There are a lot of resources out there to reduce your debt. Please use my experience with this company as a tool so you don't make the same mistake as I did.

High payments for ist 2 to 3 years not being applied to your debts but to their lawyers fee instead.I was paying 1200 hundred a month and program. Goes to estimated 5 years or more. The first 3 years all those 1200 will be applied to attorneys fee.Your better off filing bankruptcy.If. u will be sued by creditor this financial won't help u.
