I give my experience with Financial Rescue a 5 star all because of my client care representative Kathleen Tajolosa and my negotiator Eva Talavera, these ladies are very dedicated and go above and beyond with the accounts they handle. They both are very informative, RELIABLE and strong communicator, lays out the issue if there is any and presents solution, thoughts and ideas clearly and respectfully. Having them on my team has decreased my anxiety and stress enormously. Knowing that I have somone handling my accounts to the best of their ability and have their clients best inerest at heart, I can focus on what matters most. Now that the management is changing I just found out that they are assigning my account to a new client rep, honestly not thrilled about it but I know they all have the same values and will uphold what the brand aims for, which is quality care service. So I hope my new rep is as great as Kathleen.
