Arrived in excellent condition. Replacement went as described, although the markings on the filter itself were not identical to the original filter. Cannot evaluate the water quality, but the initial smell and taste ore quite good. Price and available selection were my original reasons for purchasing this brand and supplier. Time will tell if the filter life is as described.

I ordered via model number and mistakenly ordered the wrong part. I have asked for return instructions via Facebook messenger and several times via email. No response. I want to order the correct filter but I'm hesitating until I can confirm I can get a refund for this part. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast, but that is the easy part.

We received a three-pack of filters, and the first one I installed, unfortunately, did not click into place. I opened a second box and that filter went in and works great! I've tried to contact the company via email and phone call to make an exchange, but no answer yet. Please let me know how to exchange, and I would love to change the rating to 5 stars!
