The water filter works well on my Kenmore refrigerator

Very good service just installed havent had chance to see if can taste a difference yet but came quickly

No Response on Returns These filters would not work for me so, per the return policy on their website, I emailed to request a RMA. The website states they would reply "within approximately 24 business hours". It's now been a week and I've followed up with two more without a response. I noticed today that the hotlink attached to that email address on their website actually goes to another company (Allfilters), so I'm not sure what's the deal here.

The filter is ok but it has an extra fin on the side, I must cut off in order to use this filter ! Please advise. Thanks, Wayne Allison

We received a defective filter and made 4 attempts to get a replacement or refund with no response. The delivery was slow as well. Please contact us to resolve.

Needed a filter for my fridge but it has been discontinued. Luckily I found Filterswell the price is ok but at least now I can make ice.

Great price for a great product! I will order again!

All went well with the order and prompt delivery of the filters. I just installed one so I am not sure how well it will work, but I assume it will work well and are definitely less expensive than the OEM product.
