I ordered a twin pack, but only a single filter was shipped. Everything else was ok - fit, quality, timely shipping, etc. I’ve contacted customer service via their online contact form. We’ll see how their customer service is.

The two filters I bought from Filterswell to replace the Frigidaire PureSource 3 filter do not click in place. I emailed them TWICE and took pictures and explained the issue, but I have not received any reply from Filterswell. It seems the company HQ is in Britain, and the filters were shipped from Southern California. I went I bought a PureSource 3 filters from a big Box place and it fit and clicked in as expected. I am very disappointed with the product (does not work) and also very disappointed that the company did not reply to my enquiry. A Saba
