I would like to give a good review, but was sent an email on the 7th saying it was ready for shipping. This evening, it is the 13th and it still shows the same on tracking...really, and you ask for a review. Please just send the product or an update to let me know when they will arrive.

I am still waiting feedback on receiving the correct order. I have not heard back. I received the wrong filter, not the one I ordered, and awaiting to hear how that will be resolved.
