The product arrived to Koror, Palau fairly early and met my expectations. I will look to buy again from your company in the future and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for water filters. Thank you Filterswell!

I did not receive all of the order! I ordered 6 filter1 cartridges and only received 3. Order #fw4925. This is my third letter to you about this and no response.

I ordered the wrong item and asked several times for information on how to return for a refund and have not received any response to my emails. I will not order from this company again.

Placed my order 2 weeks ago and no product yet. No filters, no shipment notice, no reply to an email asking where my filters are. Have ordered more from another company. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. Will start the process of getting money back soon.1 star is being generous.
