Bad quality jacket, awful customer experience
The quality of my jacket is poor. This seems unusual for films jackets - however their customer service is appalling. The jacket arrived late, just after I'd gone on a 3 week trip which I can prove. They won't acknowledge the issues with the jacket because of the 30 day returns window. It's cheap material, poor quality stitching, it arrived stained. I'm so disappointed that I hate it - and I'm fighting to be heard by customer service, who won't even comment further than "30 day terms have been exceeded"
