Would leave negative stars if I could! I received the wrong product and have contacted customer service 10+ times via email and chat with ZERO response over the last month! No one replies to my chats at all! Just leaves me there with no reply. No emails except to resend me copies of the chat messages I send them. Terrible!!!

It was a bad experience since I bought it, it took more than a week to send the order and that's because I contacted you through Whatsapp. The package was not delivered to me and will be returned to you, because it required a customs agent for its release. Therefore I need a refund of what I paid for the product. He was waiting for a quick response.

I placed an order yesterday #FL237500, December 1st, and it honestly makes me uncomfortable this Website they said they would send me an email confirming the order and it still hasn't arrived. Thanks to the fact that my bank has withheld the money and I will talk to them to cancel it since there is no way to contact them and/or cancel the order. It seems unserious and somewhat dangerous to me nowadays since there are many gurus on the internet who teach how to make money overnight without knowing how to run a real business... If you would at least tell me how long it will take (realistically) to send me the order or email with the tracking number... I would appreciate it more because otherwise I will think it's a scam... because in these times you never know.

I was super pleased with this store ,large variety of good products, fast shipping in one store ....since October the shipping part started to be more and more issue...evan if I paid for faster shipping options.I saw a note the other day that they had some technical problems why the orders were delayed, they apologized...so I thought alright bad things can happen, so went and placed an order again on 11/24/23 for quite a lot of $ that time I haven't received any confirmation email from this store about my order but the money was taken from my account at the spot when I placed an order...I waited few days thinking it's maybe the volume of orders they got on black Friday...but it's Tuesday and no email was sent as well I have been trying to contact the store by call,text, email and whatapp ...zero answer and respond...that's very not professional way of doing business!!!! Period! Yesterday I ordered one item only just to see what happens...again money was taken from my account, zero confirmation emails like those were always sent out after placing an order...so something is up with this store definitely...something should be done even if they have difficulties of some sort ...they should reach out to people who money they are receiving because obviously that part is working smoothly
