Placed order FL239656 on Thursday. Order included toxin. I shipped per the website’s instructions for Next Day Air. My toxin arrived warm on the following Monday. I have emailed, called, and tried to connect on What’s App, and no one has responded to me. It has been two days since I’ve received my warm toxin. I can amend this review if/when I get a response.

If I could do no stars I would! I paid for two day shipping that was Monday it’s now Friday and they still haven’t shipped out my order which is around $756. I just want the product or a refund

I don’t like you service because you send me 2-nabota Botox without diluting solution and I don’t like it

I never received my order, and tracking info shows it never moved beyond the "label created" for UPS. I contacted filler lux multiple times, and it took them days to respond. When they finally did it was not relevant or helpful. UPS never received the package, so I could not file a claim with them. They said that this has happened before and that I should file a claim with my credit card company, which I did.

I would never never use this service again. Called them and email several times for refund and no response at all for over a month. Definitely will not buy it again
