Sure, there've been hiccups, like occasional bugs after updates, slightly complicated update system and delays in supporting the latest iOS features, but nothing that's derailed us long-term. We've stuck with it because it just works reliably for our 2,000+ devices, and the recent improvements in the web interface (Anywhere) are making things even smoother.
