FIJI VACATIONS/ FIJI TRAVELReviews of fijivacations.com

I researched travel agents for our 20th anniversary trip to Fiji. I contacted several but none made me feel as comfortable as Fiji Vacations. Ms. Hans answered all my questions and provided great customer service. I was nervous about working with someone I’d found on the internet but I’m glad I did. I had to reach out to her while in Fiji and she promptly responded. I will be utilizing their services for our next vacation.

Melissa was wonderful!!! Everything went so smoothly from quote through the flight home. All of our requests and questions were handled timely and our vacation was perfect!

I am so glad that I used Melissa with Fiji vacations to book our first Fiji trip. We went to the most amazing resort untouched by the world. After many years of travel, I have to say this was the BEST trip I’ve ever been on with myself and my family.

This was a fabulous trip. It was our first time to French Polynesia so we decided to use a travel agent as there were many different parts to take care of. So glad we did knowing that we didn't have to worry about transfers and flights, etc. Tiffany was excellent from the very beginning with her assistance in planning and suggestions. We stayed overnight in Tahiti for the first night so we could take the boat over to Moorea the next morning, where we stayed at the Hilton Moorea in our first overwater Panoramic view bungalow. The water was superb, so clear and quite shallow off the lower deck. We saw the most amazing fish. After 3 nights there we flew over to Bora-Bora to stay for 5 nights at the St. Regis. WOW!!! Absolutely fantastic. After a short private boat ride we were greeted by our personal Butler who took care of our daily needs and requests. We had a HUGE overwater panoramic bungalow with a view of Otumanu. Spectacular. We even had our own bikes. The Butler pre arranged our evening dinners too. I can't say enough about this trip. It was so amazing to see the fish swimming underneath the viewing panel of our living rooms. We were wondering if we were ever going to get there as the trip got cancelled a couple of times due to the island closing to tourists during Covid, but it was worth the wait. It was a truly memorable trip and we'll be going back!

Melissa was extremely helpful in suggesting places we should consider for our Fiji vacation and promptly answering our questions.

Melissa was great!! We had a fab vacation in Bora Bora and Ta’ha. Her expertise and knowledge was impressive, and we would have her help us again in the future.

Melissa was super helpful. Wakaya misrepresented it's golf course. It's in terrible shape and is not worth playing. Our accommodations in the big house on Wakaya were great. However, AC did not work in many of the areas of the house, and they were unable to get it working. Loved the resort and the staff, absolutely wonderful. Had a great time there. Food needed to be varied up more than it was.

We had a fabulous experience with Fiji Vacations.Melissa Pomeroy was great. My wife and I traveled to Bora Bora for our 20th anniversary in May 2021. We started planning our trip and working with Melissa in October 2020.Melissa provided us with multiple itineraries always being mindful of our budget as well as our wishes. She was there every step of the way answering all our questions and keeping us posted of the ever changing COVID-19 protocols. Ultimately we had a dream vacation of a lifetime. We are completely satisfied with Melissa's level of service and attention to detail. We highly recommend Fiji Vacations. Thank you Melissa for putting together our dream vacation!
