I would give ZERO stars if I could. This was the strangest interaction I have ever had! I plan to report them on a much higher level, and bring attention to their unethical behavior. I raised questions to them in their portal.. to their nurse about the medicine they sent me and the best used by date being way before I could finish my dosage.. the company lied in the portal, and then had their moderators advertising on their Facebook group going against everything they were telling me! I asked what the heck was going on.. and then they disabled my account.. and blocked me from their Facebook! Mind you- I had never even commented on anything or messaged anyone on there.. they were clearly scared I was going to call them out. I have found DOZENS of similar reviews online and entire Reddit threads stating the same experience. Please be wary!

Easy evaluation process, quick response to email questions, quick delivery of prescriptions, and easy financing options! It's working! I'm 50 lbs lighter and only 25 lbs from my goal! The food noise is much more manageable and cravings are now a rare occurrence! Thank you so much!

I didn't authorize any charges. If any charges are made on any of my financial accounts, they will be disputed. This situation has since been rectified and we are doing business together again. Special thanks to Natalie Hooper and Alexandria Aaron great people to assist in resolving this issue.

They push you around in a circle saying to call them, but then the call center cannot answer any questions specific to the account. They said the concerns I brought up should have been discussed with the provider, however I never met with the provider and didn’t even have the providers name. The note given was a generic note that didn’t even make sense. They also do not supply 12.5 or 15mg doses, which was a surprise after payment assuming 15mg dosage (I missed this on the aforementioned note). Additionally, the effects I experienced with the compounded medicine was not comparable at the same dose to a previous company I used and therefore need a higher dose for any efficacy. If you join the Facebook group, they also rant about “big pharma” and how fifty410 is trying to make this affordable to everyone…. Fifty410 is running a huge business (which isn’t bad in my opinion) but they’re profiting off the years of research big Pharma did for them. They should have pretty large profits based off the 25k active clients they say they have, which leads me to question if they’re any better than the very big Pharma they talk so negatively of. Just food for thought.

The process of being prescribed the medication was easy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My order was shipped quickly.

I ordered on a Tuesday and didn’t receive until the following Wednesday. I was expecting the 2 day shipping. The medication arrived neatly and securely packaged.
