This review has nothing to do with the service I have received from Fifty410. My experience with the company itself has been positive. However, this review is specifically about the way the support contact groups are being moderated, both on Facebook and in the app. I have noticed that whenever someone posts a complaint, concern, or potentially negative experience, the post seems to be quickly removed by the administrators. This has never happened to any of my own posts because my experiences and posts about Fifty410 have consistently been positive. However, I have seen it happen to posts from other members that I have personally commented on. I believe this type of moderation can become very arbitrary. If something goes wrong or a patient has a legitimate concern, they should also be allowed to share that experience. Otherwise, the group risks creating an unrealistic image of perfection where only positive experiences are visible. For example, today someone posted in the Facebook group expressing concern about an email they received from New Life requesting photos and videos of their Hyalo vial to determine whether it contained floaters before sending a replacement for the affected Hyalo vials. I commented on the post and asked whether Fifty410 had already approved their replacement. The person responded that yes, Fifty410 had already approved it\. Shortly afterward, the entire post was deleted\. I believe this is an important issue that deserves to be discussed, regardless of whether the discussion is uncomfortable or has consequences for a company’s reputation. When medication and patient safety are involved, people’s health should come before protecting the perceived reputation of any telehealth company. Allowing respectful discussion of both positive and negative experiences is part of transparency. I have never filed a complaint against Fifty410. In fact, I have consistently recommended and promoted the company in the different support groups I belong to because I genuinely believe Fifty410 is a great company. But I also believe this particular area deserves attention. Patients deserve transparency, and they deserve respect\. A strong company should be able to acknowledge concerns and allow respectful conversations about them, not only the positive experiences.
