I have placed two orders with this company, everything was delivered as promised and the process was very easy!

This is the 1st site that I have found that you do a consult first without paying upfront. All other sites I've looked at you pay upfront to see if you qualify and to see pricing. I knew the pricing before consult. I was confused at first because the sites dont usually do that. I even called customer service to verify this and they did confirm you have consult first. I received several texts and emails from customer service and the Dr explaining everything that we went over and what I needed to do to get my Rx. The Dr and the customer service both were great!! I dont usually do reviews but on this I had to because I researched for about a mth on which company to use and just decided on this one today and am glad I did. Have had a pleasant experience so far. Hope it stays that way 😁 Wanted to add I received my meds today,( November 16, 2024)one day after placing order!! Wow so excited to get started.

Worst customer service EVER! Once they have your money, they won't respond to your emails. Their phone number is constantly busy. They over charged me, refused to prescribe the correct dosage and sent my medication to the wrong address. I contacted the compounding pharmacy and FedEx to correct the address but it must be done by the prescriber Fifty410 who refuses to respond to me. This medication is too EXPENSIVE to get lost in the mail and dangerous to have needles floating around where children could get a hold of them.

Still alittle pricey for meds, but $399 a month though is much better than local compounders trying to charge $799 for the same dose with added vitamin B. I docked a star for max dose costing the same as the smaller doses, if you're making margin at the top dose, you'd be raking it in at the small doses, really need to redo the price scheme lower

I like speaking to them the 1st time to get a plan. I like that I can control what my body will take since I don't need as much. I like that everything was electronic for my second dose.

Affordable. All questions answered. Clear direction. Very professional.
