EDIT: I wanted to make sure I came back to my review and revise it. I have to say once the staff received all my concerns and details of my less than great experience they were on top of it. Ali and Dera were attentive and wanted to make sure they addressed all my issues. I received a call quickly to discuss everything. My original order was cancelled and refund was received within hours. I received my consultation and new medication within 24 hours, maybe even less!! This is the Fifty 410 I know! I never had any issues as a long time customer and believe this was a fluke. I have restored faith in this company and their staff. Thank you fifty 410 for quickly addressing my concerns and making it right. The issues addressed were: I was given my requested consultation, their communication was corrected and they were able to prescribe and deliver the correct meds within 24 hours. The company has been very good at communicating and answering questions. However, the platform to purchase is not easy to use.

My order for the Comprehensive Women’s Panel was canceled with no explanation. A refund was issued but no reason given for the cancellation. Disappointing

Friend of mine shared with me your information. It was very easy to set up my account and register for the GLP1 medication. Thank you for making the process user friendly.

I was purchasing my weight loss medication and on the second refill it was a new Pharmacy change in price change and bottling and it read differently which took several Communications back and forth to determine that it was the same amount as the first prescription which I had requested. Then when I purchased the third refill my card was charged and then the next day was refunded an order was canceled because they were no longer providing that compound or the quantity requested. I was told I had to wait till there was a transition I have been without medication for 2 weeks and now the price has gone up significantly.
