I ordered labs and it was quick and easy!

They are ignoring my emails bc I previously left a post being transparent about there horrible communication skills. I will always be honest in my reviews. They also changed the price and charge me 50. Extra dollars for the same dosage of medication on month 2. They’re extremely deceptive.

The communication was poor. I tried several times to get in contact with someone. Because of poor communication and lack of understanding I ordered a dose that was way too low and now I’m out $500 for something that is of no use.

A coupon was offered (via email) and then wasn’t honored because I placed my order through the old portal instead of the new one. I spend a significant amount of money and $50 off is helpful. I think I could’ve at least received a credit for my next order. I have felt zero changes from this new injection (new compounding pharmacy). I honestly wonder if it even has medication in it… Not impressed.

Fifty410 sent out an email on 7/3 to patients stating, “ I’m truly sorry it took longer than expected to send your returning patient link. I know how much you depend on us to keep your treatment on track, and I appreciate your patience. To make this right, we’ll take $50 off any program you purchase, no promo code required. You won’t see the discount on the order page; it will be automatically deducted when your payment processes.”. Today is July 16. I tried to order and asked about the $50 off and was told it’s already factored in to their pricing on their website. They completely ignore when I bring up what the email states and refuse to give me the $50 off. Total SCAM!!!! Buyer beware. When you order, there is no $50 coming off that price! Ridiculous. They are selling no name pharmacies for too high of a price. Their customer service has gone down the tubes. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
