The company advertises aggressively on my game platforms and I finally caved. Ordered two colors of the luxury concealer as suggested and I have been using them both for a few months. I also use the recommended brush. The finish is sticky and doesn’t soak in. It also underperforms with coverage. Putting less product on doesn’t work..neither does adding more. Will not purchase again.

For anyone who experiences a sticky finish or difficulty blending, we typically recommend applying the concealer onto freshly moisturized skin, as hydration makes a big difference in how the formula melts in. Using a very small amount about half of what you would use with traditional liquid concealers can also help create a smoother, more natural finish. Excellent customer service and excellent product
I wanted to share my very positive experience with the Fiera customer service team. Within 24 hours of sending my email to Fiera regarding some dissatisfaction, I received a response with a more than acceptable solution to my issue. I will continue to be a loyal user of Fiera luxury concealer, which has served as both my foundation and concealer. I am in my early 50s and have melasma, so strong coverage without caking is key, and this product delivers!

Amazing Customer Service
I love Fiera products and have ordered several times. My last order was missing 2 items, so I emailed them and within an hour I had a response saying they would take care of it. Then I got an email confirmation that an order was placed for my missing items within minutes! I’ve never had this quick of a response! Fiera’s customer service is amazing!
