Hi, this is the Fieldsheer marketing team. Thank you for your feedback on the package size. Your order should have gone in an envelope for smaller items, we have since talked to our warehouse to be sure they are using the most efficient shipping solution based on the size of the product being shipped. Longer term we are looking into more sustainable shipping materials to reduce waste.

We apologize for the shipping charge issue on our order, we did find a bug in our system that was auto-populating an incorrect fed ex charge under certain circumstances. That issue has since been corrected. We value feedback, especially when there is an issue like this so it can be corrected. Thank you for your support of the brand.
