This is the worst software ever made. They are constantly changing the things that did work and make sense and making it more convoluted and difficult. While the changes that should be implemented are completely ignored, and for there support, you have a better chance of riding a unicorn to have dinner with Merlin, Trump, and Elon Musk than you do of getting any where and that's assuming they answer the phone.

Horrible customer service and tech support

We are a family owned plumbing company and we have been utilizing FieldEdge for over a year now. Dispatching and mobile applications are easy and effective. Payment processing and call monitoring integration are extremly useful. The FE support team has been wonderful in helping us get the most use out of FE for our specific needs. Tech support is very responsive and knowledgable. We would highly recommend FieldEdge.

Thomas Saelen is our representative and he is Awesome. He responds to any request quickly and if he's not to right source, he'll get me to the right source. He checks in on me to see if everything is going OK. He needs a raise :-)

Thomas is great! Always quick to respond to our requests and concerns in a personable and supportive manner. It is always a pleasure talking with him. It has been a learning curve with a few potholes in the FieldEdge road for us, Thomas and the team have been along for the ride the entire time!

FieldEdge has many beneficial capabilities and the software has come a long way from when we started with it in 2016. Our CSM, Thomas has made our experiences with learning the software and getting things more integrated a much better experience! We would recommend this software to other service companies.

FieldEgde has been instrumental in helping small business transform themselves by significantly reducing operational inefficiencies with an off the shelf software. We are associated with our CSM (Thomas) who has been attentive, takes time in understanding our issues and provides meaningful updates and fixes. We expect to have a long and successful business relationship with Thomas and his team.
