Liquid Evaporates after sealing
I used their 2oz bottles with compatible dropper tops. I bottled and sealed hundreds of bottles and shipped them out to stores and over the course of a couple months the liquid inside started to show obvious signs of evaporating. Every week they get lower and lower and does not hold liquid. I called them and they said it was past a 30 day window and no one has ever complained of this before so they could do nothing. I have a lot of unhappy customers and wasted work to recall all these items and re-top them. This issue would not have showed within 30 days but they gave me no help and just said that I should have tested them before I shipped them to customers. Thank you for the unsolicited advise and unwillingness to give any compensation. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Hello Anthony, We are terribly sorry to hear about this issue, We take many precautions in having to avoid any manufacturing error. Which is why we do offer free samples for our clients to test with their product to be sure that they are completely happy with the product. We offer a 30 day window from the day of delivery to be sure you are still comfortable with the product, which is much longer than many other packaging companies offer. We have never had an issue with Liquid evaportating from our bottles from past clients before. We do advise to check you are following filling and storing procedures made for your solution. If we do have a reoccurring issue of client having their solution evaportating, We would follow precedent and find the best solution for this.
