Zero customer service help
Zero customer service help; had to call three times to get a return label; still haven't received my refund. Emailed twice; no answer. Find someone else for your needs.

Hello Sloane, We are terribly sorry about this issue. We did see you replied to our order notifications which had our old email which has been taken out of commission. This is a result of a bad place and bad timing and we apologize. Someone from our customer care team will be reaching out to you immediately. We cannot return back the time you spent trying to reach us but hopefully, we can reconcile and earn back your trust.
