I’ve read a number of reviews complaining about FH Furr’s prices, I believe most people don’t take the time to fully understand the costs involved running a business. Out of what you pay FH Furr the company has to pay for gas, vehicle maintenance, insurance for its technicians, vehicles and business insurance, warehouse staff, accounting, scheduling staff etc… That said we had an FH Furr technician out to check our 10+ year old AC system and during the check up the AC compressor blew. The now visibly upset technician called his supervisor to explain the situation and without hesitation the supervisor said “it happened on our watch we will take full responsibility”. Because the system is so old they had to special order the parts but once they arrived technician Roger came out replaced the compressor, recharged the system, fully diagnosed the system again replaced even more parts and got our system running good as new. FH Furr took full financial responsibility for a compressor that was most likely on its last legs anyway and in my book went above and beyond what is considered just good service.

We made an emergency call on a Friday in August because our AC needed freon. My husband called around noon time and someone was out a few hours later to take care of the issue and gave us recommended repairs with our AC unit. We were treated with professionalism from the initial phone call to the first technician coming out for the repair. Our repair person was Brian Johnson and he was very professional and thorough when discussing our repairs.

From start to finish, Mr. Jordan Kindred’s service was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. He efficiently resolved my clogged pipe issue and installed my new water tank with precision. I appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend him for his reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

Noah Rios came today at are house , to service the Heat Pump and the Air Handler system. did a great job. I highly recommend FH FURR . Noah Rios keep up the good work.

Davonte came to service our furnace today and hes service was completely top-of-the-line. He was pleasant, he was respectful, he explained everything he was going to do, he wore disposable covers over his shoes, and when finished asked if I had any questions. If I would need service in the future, I would ask for Davonte to perform my service.

I had trouble with my HVAC system. Anthony came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. He then jerry rigged my heating system and kept me warm during the two coldest weeks of the winter. When replacement part arrived he and Josh worked into the night to get the unit up and running correctly. In the future I will always request Anthony from the Finksburg shop.
