Received 1/5 dresses very quickly and the other 4 are taking awhile. So far very pleased with the one! Love their selection and that I can get gorgeous dresses for under $100!!

Ive had highs and Ive had lows The prices are really great, but the quality control is often off. I have bought two of the same shirts and one is great quality and one is unraveling after an hour. Ive bought two of the same dresses in 2 different sizes and they came in two different colors. I bought a shirt and the zipper broke after the first wear. BUT I have also bought some of the best dresses I've ever own at great prices. I've now learned what brands to buy and what to avoid. But I think if this store is going to thrive they really need to better their quality control process and what they are sending out.

The selection of dresses is enormous so it can be a bit overwhelming to go through everything. However, the selection is the best I’ve seen from any reasonably priced women’s clothing company. There’s a variety of styles to choose from. Yeah, you have to pay for a membership in order to get discounted prices but it’s totally worth it. Shipping is quick and customer service is great. The only negative I have is that I am very petite (4’11”). The mini dresses, which appear to be mid thigh length on the models, are knee length on me. The maxi dresses, which appear to be mid calf length on the models, are down to my ankles. I have to get most of the dresses altered by shortening the shoulder straps or the dress itself. But even with that, it still costs less than buying a petite dress for $300 from reformation. That is why I will keep buying from this brand!

Shipping time has taken way too long

It took so long to ship hopefully it even delivered.

My order has yet to arrive and I placed it two weeks ago today. It JUST shipped yesterday and not set to arrive for another 5 days! If you’re ordering from here, make sure you give yourself almost 3 weeks lead time.
