Few Moda is a PAID membership shopping experience. I want to highlight the part where you PAY a quarterly fee to shop at this store, because it is important as it relates to the expectations you might have when you are paying a fee to shop at a store. Few Moda requires that you return anything that didn't work out within 28 days from your order ship date. This on its face is fine. However, it can take you 3 weeks to receive your order once it ships since it is shipping from an international location. That leaves you 7 days actually to return your items. Again, kind of inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The issue I have is that once you return your items, you get a nice email saying your items have been received, and now you can wait THREE WEEKS for them to process your return and refund you. It took 20 days from the date they received my items to refund them, after I complained about the length of time. It takes so long to process the return that in fact, you will be paying your credit card bill with those items before you are refunded. If you carry a balance on your card, you will pay the interest APR on those items while you are waiting to be refunded. This is a paid shopping experience. At a minimum, I would expect to be refunded promptly. I can deal with the tight turnaround time for returning an item because you had to wait on the seller's own slow shipping time, but this interest free nearly month long loan I cannot get behind. This is not a review of the clothes. I leave my reviews for those directly on the website. They are, at a high level, fine, if not occasionally inconsistent in sizing/color/fit.
