This is the second time I’ve had an order take longer than expected to ship. I was so excited to wear this dress for my honeymoon, and it won’t be here in time. Shipping speeds have been inconsistent.

The clothes are great. Two things that were a little disappointing so far: I was really hesitant to make a purchase for the first time because I read the policy that if you purchase a membership and buy clothing, even if you return the clothing, you cannot be refunded for the membership, so you're basically paying $40 just to try on some clothes. Luckily I ended up liking what I bought but I would have signed up months ago if it had been a lower-risk situation. The other thing was that the clothes took a while to get here, almost two full weeks.

Dress fit great! Fast service. Overall very pleased.
