I love the site, clothes are great and easy returns allow me to order and try fun things I maybe wouldn't usually. Worth the membership fee.

Quick shipping and a quality product for less! I ordered a dress and it came without the belt tie it was supposed to have, and they quickly responded to my email and sent me the new belt.

Received clothes that were clearly worn (make up stains and ripped). Returning was also a hassle as return labels were provided incorrectly.

I love the “notify me when available “ option. I’ve been able to try some pieces I’ve had my eye on for awhile. Every item I’ve purchased - even if I have to return cuz it doesn’t fit me - is super high quality and a great item! I love the quality and the ease of the return/exchange process. I received items sooner than I expected. All items were beautiful but unfortunately not all items fit the way bridesmaids wished. I had no choice but to return some of the items. I will however be returning customer I loved the quality of the dresses and price was good too.
