Hi Jaclynn! We are so sorry to hear that. There is also a $40 option for the next day shipping. But an order must be placed by 12 PM Eastern Time to be shipped same-day. It says the label has been created since it ships from our overseas warehouse. You'll see the tracking updates when it's ready for the domestic shipping.
