Sizing is very off. Especially when it comes to the large/XL

Good quality, slower delivery, but reliable, and speed is communicated well. Definitely recommend. I recommend checking what materials are used. The polyester outfits are not breathable in my opinion, but plenty of stuff in cotton, linen, & viscose (a wood pulp fiber).

The sizing tends to run small, but the quality is fantastic and returns are easy.

Reaching out to customer service. This was my first purchase and I purchased a membership because of a specific dress. I was so excited to receive this dress for an upcoming wedding and also intend to purchase a few other items from the website that were ADORABLE. Great selections, however, the dress I ordered must have been a customer return. The dress was covered in pet hair and had a weird smell. So extremely disappointed. I have ordered from much cheaper brands and have never had this issue. So disappointed.
