So impressed with the quality of clothes! Timing shipping too, I got my order only a few days after ordering!

I feel like the dresses I got were great quality and were greatly priced with the discount! Accurate photos of the products.

Was told I’d receive item on Friday and not receiving til Monday, so can’t use for the event I bought it for and may return.

3 stars because: Items showed as available at the purchase time and turned to be sold out at shipping time. Otherwise, the dresses I got are very nice, good quality and nice fit.

Love this dress and get so many compliments on it. Plus it has pockets, but unfortunately it does wrinkle very easily

I purchased a dress and the membership a couple weeks ago. I received the order exactly a week later. The dress is great quality and I received so many compliments on it. Having been so pleased with my first purchase, I immediately placed a large order on April 2. It was shipped promptly, but there are still no tracking updates. I’ve reached out to customer service and they responded promptly explaining that updates will soon show. They also reached out to me today, stating that the order has been delayed in customs and they even extended a 10% off discount code. I appreciate their proactive customer service and have had a wonderful experience with their team, however, having done additional research on Reddit for reviews of their shipping processes, this seems to be a reoccurring issue… I’m so sad because I really thought I hit the jackpot when signing up for my membership, but if shipping is going to consistently take this long, I’m not sure it’s worth it and I’m unsure if I will renew my membership after the initial three months. I hope they can get these shipping issues resolved - If they do, I’ll be a member for life.
