Always have what I need. Shipping does seem to take longer than anticipated (this order delivered about 12 days after placed). Otherwise totally satisfied.

I have ordered zip bags in the past. Always pleased with what I got. Last order I decided on the open-ended bags. The zip bags came packed in containers of 100 I believe for a total of 10 containers of 100 to make 1000 bags.. The last order of open-ended bags did not come that way but instead one big pile of bags in a box. The zip bags coming in containers of 100 were easier to manage and I would prefer that type of boxing than just a pile of 1000 in a box.

Thank you for your feedback Sean. On the zip bags, you are correct they all come packed in cartons of 10 bags of 100 packs each. However on the open end bags, the smaller sizes are all packed in bulk of 1,000. We do understand that this is not as convenient and we will be looking to changing this if possible in the future.

I would like to recommend Fetpak on their see through Stationery Boxes. They make your job easier because you don't have to run an extra copy and tape/paste it on the box for your clients to see. When your clients receive their product, they can actually see it at a glance.

Thanks for the positive feedback Linda. The duties to Canada do vary, but can be zero on made in USA products of which we have many. Our USA products are labeled so look for those to save on duties. Thank you.

One week is a very reasonable amount of time, from order to delivery. Some companies I order from ship quicker, but I'm not complainging. Only suggestion would be to send an email confirmation when the items ship and tracking link.
