I LOVE Fetpak..and would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable & reasonably priced source for good quality retail products..I am a shopper with them for life! The only reservation I have is..they charge $7.00 for a handling fee if your order is under $100. Their shipping is free but you only benefit from this if you order is $100+. If it isn't then you get charged the handling fee which I think $7.00 is a bit much but I also see it as they just end up charging you shipping..but call it a handling fee instead..which is a bit misleading..I'd prefer if they just add the clause- "you will pay shipping if your order is less than $100" ...or.. dont charge such a high handling fee. Other than this- I am satisfied w/ Fetpak.

I get all my jewelry boxes from Fetpak now. They are lower in price than any other company I have found. My one wish would be to have it delivered a bit faster by the carrier they use without having to pay so much for extra shipping charge....but as long as I stay ahead of my inventory I can get it delivered before I run out...with free shipping. I am happy and will stay with Fetpak..

I have order plastic bags from this company for many years . Fast shipping and good price.

The prices and service are excellent. My only reservation was that the website was not properly updated with availability, and I thought I could get a different set of boxes. But Fetpak called the day after I placed that order to notify me that the boxes were not available. When I went back onto the site to find a replacement the next day, the original ones I ordered still showed as available. If the website were more promptly updated, I would have given a five star review. But the shipping was super quick, and the price was very fair.

Everything looked fine, the only problem is that one of the beading board, which is rather light plastic, has a crack in it, possibly from shipping. Maybe it could have been packed better. All the other items looked great.

I like the fact that my items get sent out so quickly. Especially since I need them quickly! The merchandise I have ordered over the last few years has always been top quality. My only regret is that since I am a small business, I can't order enough to get a good discount, yet I am always ordering. It would be nice to get a small business cutback or be able to get a better discount after so many orders. It may be less than $100 or around that each time, but I order many times. Otherwise it is a great company.

If you accept a 7.00 charge for small orders you are sure to receive fine merchandise, very prompt service and a catalog of top merchandise. Very good service received, be sure we will reorder from them soon. Mora

The bag order fit one shirt per bag. Durable for shipping and clear for customer visibility. Shipping was faster than expected.
