i highly recommend dealing with this company.

there is no such thing as free shipping to Canada and they shud have told me so. I rec my goods today to find $93.76 chgs on a $200.00 order. some of the chgs I know I have to pay such as duty and gst tax which amounted to $39.00. The girl on the order desks answer to me was well we didn,t chg you any freight, we can,t help what the carrier chgs you. what a joke. I have been in the sales business for over 40 years and if I told my customer that I am sure he would not be happy. In their shipping policy they state they will inform me of any additional chgs before shipping. they did not do so. I wud never have ordered these goods if I knew the whole story. I cud have had them ship to a usa address close to me if I had known. I wud think they don,t have too many canadian customers with the way they think. Thank you for letting me vent. Bob

I found satisfaction in both the service as well as the products. I had sent off for a load of new copper coins and after receiving them, decided to put equal amounts in small felt bags as though I had taken them from some leprechauns and giving them to my small nieces and nephews. The bags I ordered were just the ticket to make a neat Christmas present, thank you!!

I like that using Paypal was an option with this website. The color and size of the tissue paper I purchased is nice. It is a little on the thin side so I will wind up having to use 2 sheets or you can see through it.

I wasn't too happy with the cardboard necklace display. It certainly looked different on the website. I could not enlarge the item enough to see what it looked like.

some boxes were packed right side up and some boxes were packed wong side up. This made putting them up very time consuming.

orders were easy to place but i wish there was an easier way to read what kind of quality of the items are. Ordered plastic bags and when they arrived were really thin.

The website takes a bit of exploring to uncover all the interesting range of items, but it's easy to navigate. And the order/payment/shipping process is straight forward ease, and as good as any other in the industry. Nice experience all around. Would hope that the web-design team review how accessable the entire range of products is. Current site navigation is not onorous, but sometimes products seemed curiously placed in certain department, and cumbersome to locate. Success was eventually reached without TOO much difficulty.
