Denise, we apologize for any problems you experienced with our corrugated cartons. While we have not heard of other problems regarding our corrugated boxes repelling packing tape, we will look into that. As for folding the boxes, we will inform the packer of your order that this is not acceptable. We appreciate the fact that you are a long time Fetpak customer and purchase many products from us. Hopefully this one incident with corrugated boxes does not affect our business relationship. Please email [email protected] and let us know the quantity and sizes of the corrugated boxes affected, as well as your invoice number. We will do our best to rectify the situation. Thanks for the feedback Cheryl. As you know from being a regular Fetpak customer, a delay in shipping out orders is unusual for us. We ship out most orders the same day if received by 1:00 PM ET. However a delay did happen to occur on your order for which we apologize for. On our chat feature, we are available during business hours, otherwise that same feature transfers to an email. You left messages at 6:29 PM and 6:47 PM and we then contacted you the next morning. On returns, we accept all authorized returns within 30 days. We will also pay for return freight if it's our error. Hope the problem on this shipment doesn't change your opinion of Fetpak as our track record is normally extremely good. Thank you.

We only carry stock products, but we will let you know if we go into the custom printing end. As you mentioned Fetpak does have Free Shipping to Canada and if the products you are buying are made in the USA there are no duties. Of course brokerage and Canadian taxes can add to the cost. May 24th was a Saturday and with Memorial Day being Monday, the soonest we could ship your order out was on Tuesday May 27th. If you are on the West Coast or parts of the Mountain States you would most likely receive your order today Jun 3rd or tomorrow the latest. We are sorry the USPS made an error on your delivery. Unfortunately it was too late for us to reship for your package to arrive on time. While delivery problems are rare they do occasionally occur. We will continue to ship out orders the same day if receive before 1:00 PM ET. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. Many products such as tags are weighed on sensitive scales that can easily determine counts to the 1,000th piece. In the past, as a quality control measure, we have done spot checks on our tags and found that on average they were accurate to within 1 piece. Not sure why yours were short, as at Fetpak we take counts very seriously and would never intentionally short our customers. Hopefully you contacted our customer service department and discussed the problem with them and that it was resolved to your satisfaction.
