bad - - cancelled inventory - cant manage inventory UPDATED: I recently attempted to make a small purchase from you. It was cancelled, as you claimed via electronic communication that you were out of the product which I attempted to purchase. Still, on your website, the product I ordered is listed as available for purchase, though it is not. I never meant to communicate that I was "so unhappy". I am merely attempting to report my experience accurately as other merchants, such as myself, may very well value their time and desire to avoid situations that may cause it to be wasted.

Jack, we checked your account and see that you only ordered once, in April of 2010 for $39, and also that there was no complaints or problems that occurred at that time. So we are puzzled at your comment. Not sure exactly what you were referring to with your very brief comment but would surely love to know the problem you experienced in much more detail.
