On the delivery, Fetpak ships out most orders the same day if received by 1:00 PM ET. Your order was received Jan 8th at 4:51 PM so we shipped out the next day which was Friday Jan 9th via UPS. Your package was delivered on Tuesday Jan 13th at 6:09 PM, which is two business days. Two days is the time in transit from NY to OH. We appreciate your order and glad you liked the product you ordered. Thank you.

Marina, glad you received your package. We shipped your package the day after you ordered via UPS. Not sure why they left the package in the building, instead of hand delivering to you. Of course after the package leaves our dock we do not have control over the delivery. Best we can do is use reliable carriers and ship promptly, which we do. However seems this time the carrier failed. Hopefully you order from Fetpak again and we can use another carrier. Our apologizes for the inconvenience.

Since the total on your order changed, our customer service representative did request your credit card number to charge the correct amount. However you coming to the conclusion that your bank account being compromised is due to Fetpak's employee is unwarranted and unfair. There are many reasons your account could have been compromised, you need to discuss these reasons with your bank. We would appreciate you not assuming it was from us. We have been in business for over 25 years and have never had a customers card compromised. Please read our Privacy Notice on our website, link is in the footer.

Barbara, not sure why our website is slow on your computer, we haven't received any other complaints regarding that. It could possibly be you are using an older browser and it's not completely compatible with our website. You may want to try Firefox as our website is fastest on that. Thank you for your feedback. We are still trying to improve package tracking for our customers. On your package, there was a UPS delay which is resulting in a late delivery. It will be delivered today, Oct 21st. We apologize for that inconvenience.

Since Fetpak pays the entire shipping charge to Canada, we use the least expensive freight carrier. In general heavier packages are shipped via UPS and lighter ones via USPS. Duty charges are strictly from the Canadian government. If purchasing USA made products, which we have many, there would be no duty charges as per NAFTA. You may request USPS as a freight carrier to avoid the brokerage fee, just mention it in the comments box on our order form. If UPS would have been less expensive we would add the freight difference between UPS and USPS to your invoice. Hope this helps. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

Christine, not sure why USPS charged you a postage due fee as your order weighed 8.64 ounces and we rounded up to 9 ounces. It's possible there was an error involved, with USPS or ourselves, although packages are always carefully weighed by us. Email [email protected] with the postage due you paid and your invoice number and we will refund the postage due. Sorry for the inconvenience.
